Douglas L. Lambert, DDS
Douglas L. Lambert, DDS, FACD, FASDA, FASD, ABAD
Dr. Lambert graduated from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management in 1980 and the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1984, where he received the Outstanding Senior Student Award and the Quintessence Award. He is a Fellow in the
American College of Dentists, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the Academy for Sports Dentistry, the
American Society for Dental Aesthetics, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Aesthetic Dentistry. He has been recognized as one of the Top Educators by
Dentistry Today each of the past six years. Dr. Lambert is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and has held many societal positions in organized dentistry including Past President of the Minneapolis District Dental Society and six years as a Trustee to the
Minnesota Dental Association. He has authored and co-authored several articles on cosmetic and aesthetic topics, and has presented numerous lectures and hands-on seminars nationally and internationally for dental organizations, universities, and study clubs. He also serves as an independent consultant and clinical researcher for many dental manufacturers. In his spare time, he enjoys going to their cabin with his wife, Anna Mae, and their two children, Beth and Greg, as well as playing a little golf.
Sandra J. Houck, DDS
Dr. Sandy Houck began her career in dentistry in 1977, as a dental assistant. After ten years as an assistant, she decided to return to school to earn her dental degree at the University of Minnesota, and graduated in 1993 with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) receiving the AB Hall Prosthodontic Award, the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Award, as well as being named to the American Association of Women Dentists. Shortly after, she joined the dental team of Drs. Belvedere and Lambert. This enabled her to pursue and enhance her interest in cosmetic dentistry. She is actively involved in the
Minneapolis District Dental Society, and the Give Kids a Smile program. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Houck spends time with her two son's, Erik and Chad, and husband, Bob. Gardening, the outdoors, and travel occupy much of her free time. She is also involved in volunteering for the
Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Paul C. Belvedere, DDS, FACD, FASDA, ABAD
Dr. Paul Belvedere is an internationally renowned teacher, lecturer, author, inventor and innovator of cosmetic and composite dentistry. He is considered to be one of the first advocates of the use of composites for posterior restorations. Dr. Belvedere is Chairman of Continuing Education for the American Society for Dental Aesthetics, Co-Director of Postgraduate Programs at several well-known dental schools. Dr. Belvedere has been a featured speaker at many major dental meetings.
Dr. Belvedere is the "hands-on" director for Mastership and Fellowship programs of the Academy of General Dentistry. He has served on the editorial boards of the JADA and Signature, an esthetic dental publication. He lectures at several foreign universities and abroad. He has developed instruments and composite techniques that are in use worldwide and has published numerous articles in domestic and foreign dental journals.
